You do not need to know every form name before contacting us. Have your VIN, license plate, and any title documents available, and tell us what you’re trying to do.

Costs depend on the vehicle and transaction. DMV charges, applicable taxes or penalties, our service fee, and any applicable $7 BPA fee are separate.
Ask for a quote so you understand your specific request.
Delivery choices: free local pickup, $6 standard shipping, or $35 overnight shipping for eligible items sent by our office.
Shipping starts after processing. It does not speed up DMV review or the DMV’s mailing of a title.

Can I start online?
Yes. Select Start Your Application and choose your title service. Starting online does not complete the DMV transaction; we’ll explain the required next steps.
Can you help if I am missing paperwork?
Contact us with the documents you have and explain what is missing. We can help identify the next steps for your situation.
Will I need to provide original documents?
Original title documents or signed forms may be required. Keep your originals and follow the instructions provided for your request.
How long will my request take?
Timing depends on the service, complete documentation, outstanding requirements, and DMV processing. Contact our team for guidance specific to your transaction.
Are you the California DMV?
No. Auto Express Tags is an independent, licensed and bonded registration service. Services are also available directly through the California DMV without our additional service charges.
